October 13, following the 9 am Town Council meeting, the Civic League
will host a fall planting day, which will be a follow-up to the spring
Unity for Beauty Day. At 4:30 pm
that same afternoon, after the work is done, we will have our annual
membership meeting, followed by a Happy Hour at the Lifesaving Station,
#1 Dagsworthy Street. At the meeting, three current Board members will
be up for re-election: Jim Bracken, Rob Marshall, and Joe Nelson. We
will also have a discussion evaluating our activities in the past year
and identifying special priorities for next year. We hope you all can
