Robert
Duncan is a retired U.S. Foreign Service Officer who spent 35 years
working for the U.S. Department of State both in Washington and abroad.
An economist by profession, he holds degrees from both the Woodrow
Wilson School of Public and International Affairs of Princeton
University and the John F. Kennedy School of Government of Harvard
University and is a graduate of the National War College in Washington,
D.C.
He is an instructor in the University
ofDe1aware’s Southern
Delaware Academy of Lifelong Learning(SDALL) and a member of the SDALL
Council. He is a member of the Dewey Beach Lions Club and a Director of
the friends of the Rehoboth Public Library. He was formerly Vice
President of the Lewes-Rehoboth Association of Churches.
He
is married to former Dewey Beach Commissioner Faith Duncan. They have
two children and one grandchild.  |
